Brentek Product Warranty
Brentek International, Inc. warrants their products to be free of defects in parts or workmanship for a period of 3 YEARS. Repair or replacement will be made at the option of Brentek International, Inc. No other warranty is expressed or implied. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE DAMAGE FROM MISUSE, LIGHTNING OR MISAPPLICATION.

- Brentek International, Inc. and/or Industrial Products Distributing, Inc. shall not be responsible for consequential or inconsequential damages from misuse or misapplication of Brentek products.
- Brentek products are not approved for use in life support systems or equipment.
Returns Policy
Brentek products are manufactured to order and Brentek's policy is not to accept any returns. Industrial Products Distributing, Inc. accepts Brentek product returns under the following conditions:

All returns are subject to prior approval of IPD. Please phone for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.All returned products must be new, in original packaging, unused, and unmarked.
- If a product was incorrectly ordered, and it is normally stocked by IPD, returns are accepted with no restocking charge provided that it is accompanied by another order for the needed parts.
- If a normally stocked part needs to be returned, and there will be no substitute order, there is a 20% restocking fee.
- Special orders and custom products are not returnable.
- Above all, common sense and customer sensitivity are applied. If you have a special need, call IPD and we will do our best to accommodate it.
